All resolvers support DoT now. Please let me know if you encounter any issues.
I still recommend using DNSCrypt instead of DoH/DoT as it has the least protocol overhead.

Castlegar has been removed as Limewave Communications decided to pull the plug without notice.
I had to remove all resolvers hosted by Virtono, unfortunately. They silently consolidated their data centers and moved servers from the physical locations I picked when I ordered them to central locations like Frankfurt. Since they decided not to inform their customers before that change was made, I lost confidence in them and cancelled all services.
These are: Belgrade, Dublin, Milan, Prague, Zurich, Brussels, Bucharest, Budapest, and Copenhagen
